Diana has kept the charm of the Beach Shack alive for over 30 years and quite frankly the Beach Shack wouldn't be what is today without her. She is the inspiration for the mantra "Good Vibes, Great Hair". Friendly, relaxed, and low key. Diana loves doing root touch-ups, Brazilian Blowouts, and Highlights. She's also a wizard at regular and spiral perms.

Blonding and Balayage Master
If you're looking for the perfect shade of blonde, beige or caramel, no matter your complexion or starting hair color, Anya is your girl. She's known for her meticulous and precise methods of blonding and balayage techniques. She's someone who will take care of your hair as if it was her own. She also excels at men's cuts, and hair coloring and is well versed in all ranges of color including fantasy vivid "mermaid" hair color. No project is too big.
When she isn't in the salon, you can find her at the roller-skate park, getting her yoga on, or attending a drum circle and getting involved with the local community.

Emily is a passionate hairstylist has an eye for hair and can't get enough of this industry. She's a does it all kind of girl when it comes to salon services: clipper cuts, colors, highlights, balayage and root touch-ups. Emily is known for her bright energy and loves connecting with her guests. One visit with Emily and you'll be hooked on her charm.
When she's not behind the chair, she's at the beach, going to concerts or just hanging out with family, friends and of course, her beloved cat Yogi.

Carly Gulley

Carly, originally from Arizona, has been doing hair since she was 18 years old, and can do it all. Whether you want a precision bob, pixie, or a killer fade, Carly has you covered. She also loves everything color. Whether you want to be a platinum blonde, or just need some gray coverage (and everything in between), she's got you covered.
Being behind the chair most her career, Carly dipped into the corporate side of the hair industry right before the pandemic, but her love of connecting with her guests, and her love of creating custom cuts and color brought her back to working behind the chair in Mid June, 2022.
Naturally drawn to the beach and the SoCal lifestyle, Carly made her way to San Diego County in 2016, where she lives with her husband Robert, and two teenage boys, Bodhi and Dillion.
Not only is Carly an excellent stylist, she also has a wonderful personality and easily lights up a room.
